The NCLT dismissed Mack Star Marketing's plea challenging the maintainability of a petition by Emerald and Satyam Realtors.
The Tribunal held the petition under Sections 58 and 59 of the Companies Act, 2013, is maintainable for seeking conversion of CCPS.
The main petition, seeking conversion of CCPS and rectification of the register of members, will now proceed to a hearing on merits.
