NCLT Dismisses Maco Pharma Insolvency Petition

NCLT New Delhi dismissed IB/508/ND/2025 filed by Maco Pharma India Transfusion Solutions Pvt Ltd under IBC Section 59(7) for non-prosecution.
The petition was dismissed as the applicant repeatedly sought adjournments on multiple hearing dates starting from December 2025.
The tribunal noted the applicant's failure to argue the matter on dates including 12.03.2026, 05.02.2026, 19.01.2026 and 12.12.2025.
