NCLT Dismisses Octagon Communications Insolvency Applications

NCLT Ahmedabad dismisses two interlocutory applications (IA/1139 & IA/1140/2022) in the Octagon Communications insolvency case for non-prosecution.
Applicant Jugal Hansal Brothers and financial creditor ICICI Bank repeatedly failed to appear at hearings or file a substitution application.
The Tribunal issued multiple adjournments over eight months due to non-appearance on hearing dates including 25.08.2025 and 23.03.2026.
