NCLT Guwahati dismissed Prag India's application seeking to include 24 acres of land in Virgo Cements' resolution plan.
The tribunal ruled the application sought to materially alter the approved asset base beyond the disclosed 20 Bighas.
The SRA was found to have conducted due diligence with full knowledge of land limitations from the Information Memorandum.
The dismissal upholds the original resolution plan based solely on assets verified during the CIRP process.
