NCLT Mumbai dismissed a petition by Ravinder Pal Singh Tuli seeking rectification of Tuli Hotels Pvt Ltd's member register.
The petition challenged the transfer of 30,000 shares to Bachiter Singh Tuli based on a disputed family arbitration award.
The tribunal ruled the matter involved substantive civil disputes outside its summary jurisdiction under Section 59 of Companies Act.
Parallel proceedings challenging the arbitral awards are pending before the District Court and Bombay High Court in Nagpur.
