NCLT Extends ABG Shipyard Liquidation by 6 Months

NCLT Ahmedabad grants a 6-month extension to the liquidation process of ABG Shipyard Ltd, until 31st December 2026.
The application was filed by ICICI Bank Ltd, the financial creditor who initiated the corporate insolvency.
The Liquidator sought more time to complete the process, citing progress in other matters before the tribunal and the ED.
