The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Amaravati Bench allowed an application to extend the corporate insolvency resolution process by 190 days.
The extension, from November 2025 to May 2026, was granted to the Bankruptcy Trustee to complete the proceedings.
The Tribunal also condoned a 95-day delay in filing the extension application, citing a pending writ petition in the High Court.
The order clarifies that the personal guarantor will not be entitled to a moratorium during the extended period.
