NCLT Allahabad Bench grants a six-month extension to the liquidation process of Bhavesh Texo Fab Pvt Ltd, from 23rd February 2026 to 23rd August 2026.
The extension is sought due to pending adjudication of applications against the ex-management directors, including a contempt application.
The application for extension was filed based on a resolution passed by the Stakeholders' Consultation Committee (SCC).
The tribunal takes on record the 6th and 7th progress reports filed by the liquidator and adjourns the contempt matter to 12th May 2026.
