NCLT Extends Blu-Smart Mobility CIRP by 90 Days

NCLT Ahmedabad extends Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Blu-Smart Mobility Tech Pvt Ltd by 90 days effective 13 April 2026.
Extension granted as four prospective resolution applicants are under consideration by the Committee of Creditors.
CoC approved the 90-day extension with an 85.56% majority vote during its seventh meeting held on 09 April 2026.
Tribunal directs the resolution professional to expedite and complete the CIRP process within the extended timeframe.
