NCLT Kochi Bench approves a 90-day extension for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Euro Tech Maritime Academy Pvt Ltd.
The extension from July 7 to October 5, 2026, was sought due to delays from litigation in the Kerala High Court and NCLAT.
The Resolution Professional's application was supported by a Committee of Creditors vote approving the extension on June 19, 2026.
