NCLT Extends Green Belt CIRP by One Month

NCLT Guwahati Bench allows a one-month extension to complete the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Green Belt Industry.
The Resolution Professional requested the extension as the process is likely to culminate within a month from April 22, 2026.
The tribunal directs the Resolution Professional to complete the CIRP within 10 days from the order date of April 28, 2026.
