NCLT Extends Hall Mark Living Space Liquidation Timeline

NCLT Chennai extends the liquidation timeline for Hall Mark Living Space Pvt Ltd by three months, until 31st July 2026.
The extension was granted to allow for asset auctions and to address a pending application for the liquidator's replacement.
The liquidator was also directed to submit a report on fees and expenses incurred during the process.
