NCLT Extends JBM Shelters Liquidation Period

NCLT Chennai heard an application to extend liquidation period for JBM Shelters Pvt Ltd.
Liquidator Anil Kumar Khicha requested extension from 01.04.2026 to 30.06.2026 with reasons in paras 16-41.
Tribunal allowed the extension and disposed of the application.
Application filed under Sec 60(5) of IBC, 2016 r/w Reg 44(2) of IBBI Reg, 2016 & Rule 11 of NCLT Rules.
