NCLT Extends Kumarakom Aqua Serene CIRP by 30 Days

NCLT Kochi Bench approved a 30-day extension for Kumarakom Aqua Serene's insolvency resolution process, from April 13 to May 12, 2026.
The extension was sought by the Resolution Professional as the sole financial creditor, KSIDC, required more time for board approvals on resolution plans.
The application was filed under Section 12(2) & 60(5)(c) of IBC due to pending plan consideration from the 14th CoC meeting.
