NCLT Hyderabad approves a 3-month extension of the liquidation period for Lanco Vidarbha Thermal Power Ltd.
The extension was sought by the liquidator and is effective from 28 April 2026 to 27 July 2026.
The order was passed in an application (IA(IBC) 717/2026) within the main insolvency petition filed by Punjab National Bank.
