NCLT Ahmedabad grants a six-month extension to Nakoda Ltd's liquidation process, effective from 07 February 2026.
The extension was sought by the liquidator due to pending litigation under PMLA and the Gujarat High Court.
This is the third extension, with previous one-year extensions granted in March 2024 and March 2025.
