NCLT Extends Shree Bankey Behari Liquidation by 3 Months

NCLT grants 3-month extension to liquidator for Shree Bankey Behari Exports Limited's insolvency process.
Extension needed to complete sale of Rai, Sonepat asset and distribute proceeds to stakeholders under Section 53.
Liquidator must also assign Not Readily Realizable Assets or pursue pending Section 66 application.
The Stakeholders Consultation Committee approved the extension request in its 14th meeting on 04.05.2026.
