NCLT Extends STCI Finance Guarantor Repayment Timeline

NCLT Hyderabad Bench condoned a 12-day delay in filing a report under Section 60(5) of IBC 2016.
The Tribunal extended the Personal Insolvency Resolution Process timeline by 60 days from March 1, 2026.
The applications were filed by the Resolution Professional due to non-submission of a repayment plan.
