NCLT Extends Vyshnavi Spinks LLP CIRP by 30 Days

NCLT Amaravati Bench grants a 30-day extension to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Vyshnavi Spices LLP based on a CoC resolution.
The extension from 03.03.2026 was sought to complete the evaluation of resolution plans, with the CoC approving it via a 100% vote.
The Resolution Professional's application to file the 7th Progress Report for the corporate debtor is also allowed by the tribunal.
The order disposes of two applications (IA(IBC)/107/2026 and IA(IBC)/108/2026) filed by the Resolution Professional under IBC provisions.
