NCLT Ahmedabad grants a final 60-day extension to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Bhagirath Construction Company.
The extension from 270 to 330 days is sought as pending proposals require CoC approval and a fresh Form G was issued.
The CoC is directed to decide on proposals and the RP must complete the process without further extensions.
