NCLT Indore bench grants Century 21 Malls Pvt Ltd a final 10-day opportunity to file its reply in an insolvency petition.
The petition was filed by Achiever Commotrade Pvt Ltd under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The tribunal noted that the respondent had failed to file its reply despite sufficient opportunities and proper service of notice.
The matter has been listed for the next hearing on August 21, 2026, after which the applicant may file a rejoinder.
