NCLT Grants Luxmi Roller Flour Mills Reply Time

NCLT Jaipur Bench hears a Section 9 IBC insolvency application filed by operational creditor Mohit Jain against corporate debtor Luxmi Roller Flour Mills.
Corporate Debtor's counsel requested and was granted two weeks to file a reply in the ongoing insolvency proceeding.
The case is scheduled for its next hearing on May 5, 2026, for the Corporate Debtor to submit its response.
