NCLT Grants Shree Ambika Impex 90-Day CIRP Extension

NCLT grants a 90-day extension to the CIRP of Shree Ambika Impex Ltd, effective from 14 April 2026.
The extension was necessitated by an NCLAT order restricting voting on a resolution plan until a pending IA is decided.
The CoC had unanimously resolved (100% voting) to seek additional time for the completion of the corporate insolvency process.
