NCLT Guwahati Disposes Guwahati Construction Liquidation Report

NCLT Guwahati Bench allows and disposes an application filed by the liquidator of M/S Guwahati Construction Pvt. Ltd.
The application sought to take on record the 13th Progress Report submitted by the liquidator, Mr. P. Gaggar.
The order was passed by a bench comprising Member (Judicial) Shri Rammurti Kushawaha and Member (Technical) Shri Yogendra Kumar Singh.
