NCLT Guwahati Reserves Deepika-Binni Merger Date Order

NCLT Guwahati bench heard a petition for the amalgamation of Deepika Commosales into Binni Construction under Companies Act.
The petitioner's representative requested a change in the appointed merger date from 01.04.2024 to 01.04.2025.
