NCLT Guwahati Reserves Nayak Infrastructure Limitation Order

NCLT Guwahati Bench reserved its order on a limitation issue in an insolvency petition filed by State Bank of India against Nayak Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
The tribunal heard arguments from both the petitioner's counsel and the company's liquidator on the point of limitation.
Counsels for both sides were granted seven days to file a one-page convenience note for the tribunal's consideration.
A separate contempt application in the matter was listed for a further hearing on May 26, 2026.
