NCLT Guwahati Bench heard arguments in Canara Bank's insolvency petition against North East Region Finservices Ltd.
The petition was filed under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The bench, comprising judicial and technical members, reserved the case for final order after hearing both sides.
