NCLT Hyderabad Issues Notice in RRK Enterprises Deposit Case

NCLT Hyderabad Bench issues notice to M/s. RRK Enterprises Pvt Ltd and 11 others in a petition filed under Sections 73(4) and 76(A) of the Companies Act, 2013.
