Case Overview

Final Outcome
The NCLT bench, comprising Member (Judicial) Shri Brajendra Mani Tripathi and Member (Technical) Shri Man Mohan Gupta, granted one final opportunity to the respondent Liquidator to file a reply to the application within a period of two weeks (a fortnight). The matter has been adjourned and listed for the next hearing on 17th July 2026.
