NCLT Indore Bench reserves its order after hearing arguments in an application filed by the liquidator of Chinar Retails.
The application is against Omkara Assets Reconstruction Pvt Ltd in ongoing corporate insolvency proceedings.
Both parties were directed to file written submissions within five days from the order date of 06/07/2026.
