NCLT Jaipur Bench adjourns Section 9 IBC insolvency petition filed by Kumar Lifestyle against Rajshree Impex Pvt. Ltd.
Case CP (IB)-56/9/JPR/2025 was listed on 06.04.2026 but postponed due to the Hon'ble Member (Technical) being on leave.
The matter has been rescheduled for a fresh hearing on 21.04.2026 as per the Deputy Registrar's notification.
