NCLT Kochi Adjourns Orange Impex Insolvency Petition

NCLT Kochi Bench adjourned an insolvency petition filed by Orange Impex against Platinum Business Operations Private Limited.
Petitioner's counsel was directed to cure defects in a filed memo identified by the Registry.
The case under Section 9 of the IBC has been rescheduled for hearing on 22 April 2026.
