Counsel for Respondents 1 to 5 submitted that a Writ Petition related to this matter is currently pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala. Furthermore, in view of the General Order dated 27 April 2026 regarding the constitution of a Special Bench in this Tribunal from 25 May 2026 to 29 May 2026, the matter required adjournment.
The NCLT Kochi Bench accordingly adjourned the case. The next hearing is scheduled for 31 July 2026.
