NCLT Kochi de-reserves an interlocutory application in the liquidation of M/s Hug Digital Private Limited due to a missing Registrar of Companies report.
The Company Liquidator, Adv. G. Rajesh Kurup, physically appeared and cited a previous order recording RoC's no objection to the liquidation.
The Tribunal has directed the RoC to file its response and adjourned the case to 21st April 2026 for further hearing.
