NCLT Kochi grants a one-year extension for implementing the Orchid Valley project resolution plan until 14 February 2027.
The extension was sought due to an inability to secure project finance caused by withheld title deeds and pending appeals.
The tribunal adopted a liberal approach considering the case involves homebuyers and directed completion within the new timeline.
A separate application was adjourned to 05 May 2026 as the counsel was unavailable.
