NCLT Kochi Rejects Badri Prasad Repayment Plan

NCLT Kochi disposes of an application filed by Resolution Professional Rajesh Ramnani regarding the insolvency of personal guarantor Mr. Badri Prasad.
Creditors rejected the personal guarantor's repayment plan with a requisite majority vote, concluding the insolvency resolution process.
The tribunal discharges the Resolution Professional and grants creditors liberty to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against the guarantor.
The moratorium on the personal guarantor's debts and assets ceases effect from the date of the order, 13th April 2026.
