NCLT Kochi Bench reserves its order on an application for approval of a resolution plan for Greenseed Agro Bio Labs Private Limited.
The application was filed under Sections 30(6) and 60(5)(c) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The Resolution Professional, George Varkey, was present along with the petitioner's counsel during the hearing.
