NCLT Kochi Bench reserves its order in an insolvency petition filed by Morgan Securities against BPL Limited under Section 7 of IBC.
Both parties, represented by their legal counsel, submitted written arguments which were taken on record by the tribunal.
The bench, comprising judicial and technical members, heard arguments from both sides before reserving the case for final orders.
