NCLT Kochi Reserves Order in Kunnel vs Nest Realties Insolvency

NCLT Kochi Bench reserves its order in an insolvency petition filed under Section 9 of the IBC.
Kunnel Engineers and Contractors Pvt Ltd is the operational creditor petitioning against corporate debtor Nest Realties India Private Limited.
