NCLT Kochi Reserves Order on Hug Digital Liquidation

NCLT Kochi Bench heard an application filed by the Company Liquidator for M/s Hug Digital Private Limited.
The Registrar of Companies representative appeared virtually and stated no further response would be filed.
RoC submitted it had no objection to the allowance of the petition.
The Tribunal reserved its final order on the matter for a later date.
