NCLT Kolkata Condones Bank of Baroda Guarantor Application Delay

NCLT Kolkata condoned a 9-day delay in filing an insolvency application against personal guarantor Mrs. Prabha Singh for corporate debtor Kakan Rice Mill Pvt. Ltd.
The tribunal appointed Resolution Professional Rajnandan Kumar and accepted his examination report under Section 99 of the IBC, 2016.
Notices were issued to the personal guarantor to file objections within 10 days, with the matter listed for further hearing on 06.07.2026.
