NCLT Lists ICICI Bank vs Punj Lloyd Insolvency Matter

NCLT lists ICICI Bank's Section 7 insolvency petition against Punj Lloyd Ltd for further hearing.
The matter is scheduled to be heard next on 26 May 2026 along with a new interlocutory application.
Punj Lloyd was represented by counsel Mr. Shahan Ulla and Mr. Pranav Khanna in the hybrid hearing.
