NCLT Orders Perfection Homebuild Restoration for Tax Recovery

NCLT allows Income Tax Department's appeal to restore Perfection Homebuild Private Limited to the company register.
The company was struck off in 2017 for non-filing of statutory returns and financial statements.
Restoration is ordered to enable recovery of outstanding tax demand of ₹3.23 crore and penalties totaling ₹5.65 crore.
The Tribunal found restoration just and equitable for public interest to facilitate tax recovery proceedings.
