NCLT Kolkata Bench allows restoration of Poddar Seva Sadan Private Limited's name to the register of companies.
Company was struck off in October 2019 for not filing financial statements and annual returns from 2016-17 to 2024-25.
Restoration requires payment of ₹90,000 cost and filing all pending statutory documents within 45 days.
ROC did not object to restoration, and tribunal found the company was a going concern.
