NCLT Prepones Samar Estates Resolution Plan Hearing

NCLT Chandigarh partially allows Punjab & Sind Bank's application to prepone the resolution plan hearing for corporate debtor Samar Estates Pvt. Ltd.
The hearing for the resolution plan application (IA No.19/2024) and five other connected applications is moved from 07.05.2026 to 22.04.2026.
The Resolution Professional's counsel raised no objection but noted other applications need to be heard alongside the resolution plan.
