NCLT Re-notifies Universal Journeys Insolvency Application

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has re-notified a corporate insolvency application filed by Universal Journeys India Private Limited under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The matter was listed before the New Delhi Bench (Court-IV) and has been adjourned to a new hearing date of 06 April 2026.
The order was delivered by a bench comprising a judicial and a technical member, with the case being re-notified for a future hearing.
