The petition was dismissed due to procedural defects, specifically the issuance of multiple inconsistent demand notices post-filing.
The tribunal found the original demand notice contained conflicting default dates of July 2023 and November 2023.
Liberty was granted to the operational creditor to file a fresh petition complying with IBC provisions.
