NCLT Rejects Intervention in Ajay Protech CIRP Withdrawal

NCLT Ahmedabad dismissed an intervention application by five operational creditors in the CIRP of Ajay Protech Private Limited.
The applicants, being operational creditors, had submitted claims but the CoC was not formed before a Section 12A withdrawal application was filed.
The Tribunal held the applicants could file separately for unpaid dues, allowing the corporate debtor's withdrawal application.
