The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Jaipur Bench has rescheduled a hearing in the insolvency case of Bank of Baroda vs. Sanjay Somani.
The hearing, originally set for March 30, 2026, was postponed due to the unavailability of the judicial member, who was on leave.
The case, filed under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has been adjourned to April 17, 2026.
