NCLT reserves its order after hearing arguments in a case filed by Suresh Kumar Jalan against East Coast Steel Limited.
The matter was heard by a single principal bench presided over by Justice Anupinder Singh Grewal.
The case was conducted via hybrid hearing (physical and video conference) on 15 May 2026.
